Clean and cozy

Really good value for money and very nice, accommodating people. The street is relatively quiet, though there is still some traffic noise near Lakeside. They left the kitchen open so I could make an early coffee. They kept my big bag while I went trekking, training, etc., and I often had the dorm room to myself. The only downside was the restaurant out back where they cool everything on a wood fire—there was a hint of wood smoke at times!

I booked for 2 nights but ended up staying for 3 weeks 🙏 That says it all. Highly recommend: clean and comfortable, a restaurant in the garden, regularly cleaned, very helpful and friendly staff.
