“Personal muy amable , no hablan español pero si hacen el intento por atenderte bien”
The location is good and the price matches what’s on offer. The only downside is a lack of deep cleaning, though nothing major.

Only place that was open. The room was disgusting: blankets had stains and cigarette burns, sheets were full of crumbs and hair as if they hadn’t been washed, towels were brown and dirty instead of white, and the pillows were dirty too.

The proximity to the hospital meant we could stay close to our loved one, and nearby restaurants were a bonus. ☺️

I appreciated how smooth the front desk check‑in was—easy to understand and quick. N/A

The staff were extremely attentive, the room was spotless and quiet, and everything worked out wonderfully. Everything is fine.
