The location is beautiful, green and cozy with cats and chickens around; the staff are kind and attentive and eager to help, but the place could be cleaner – the rooms need a touch‑up and although the buffet food was fresh and extensive, it wasn’t clean (the lid of the milk container was dirty, not all plates and bowls were clean, etc.).

The grounds are pretty and colorful, the staff are responsive and always ready to help with requests or information, and the breakfasts were liked. However, it’s a bit far from the beach; a bike or car gets there quickly, but we were with a small child and didn’t expect it to be so far. Check‑in was dirty and we had to ask for a vacuum; during our 10‑day stay there was no intermediate cleaning, the lighting was very dim and often the electricity was cut, so the air‑conditioner didn’t work – at +40°C at 2 pm it was brutal. The property is fairly large and on one day the grass was slanted, with the mower’s sound from dawn until dusk; I asked the administrators to keep the noise down during our child’s sleep, and they moved it for only 15 minutes. Ants were in the bathroom.

The location is convenient for walking to the beach, just ten minutes away. The garden, full of lemon trees, is magnificent; the staff are very friendly, especially Hakan, who is a perfect person. He helped us with everything we asked for. It’s a great spot to enjoy peace on the Turkish coast. If you want to move around, renting a car is recommended.

The private bungalow room is a delight, tucked in a beautiful garden with flowers and fruit trees. The staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and Turkish coffee was free. We had lamb chops for dinner and they were delicious. We could walk from the Lemon Garden Lodge to the flames on Mt Chimaera, and the beach was not far either. Lemon Garden Lodge is a relaxing stay that I recommend, though the rooms are a bit too small to spread out a large suitcase.
