The place was in a good spot and the room met our brief needs, but the shuttle was missing between 10:30 and 17:30 even though flights were running continuously, and I wasn’t warned about this when I called or booked, which was a major issue given my mobility problems. On the return on 11 October at 11 h, we had to scramble to get back to the hotel after a disastrous contact with the front desk that showed a real lack of cooperation, even though we stayed polite and the staff had no control. Then we went to pick up the key to leave our car from the parking, and a young woman who claimed to be from reception bluntly told us “it’s better if you don’t come back.” That language was unacceptable, and we expect a proper welcome that we never saw in your chain.
