Only hot water was available. This is the worst hotel I've booked online; staff never responded, the place was unhygienic with no ventilation, beds were dirty, the toilet was tiny, and the room itself was too small for a useful stay—it feels like an old property.

The location was very close to the temple, restaurants, and the bus stop. The bathrooms weren't very clean, but after telling the receptionist, they swapped our room right away. Still, they only handed us one towel for two people, and the mattress was covered in a thick plastic sheet that trapped heat and made us feel hot and uncomfortable while sleeping—these standards should be improved for customer satisfaction.
