I gave the hotel a 10 for the new staff member who speaks perfect English! He communicated with us via WhatsApp and WeChat before we arrived, was very attentive to our needs, and when we got there he had arranged our stay in Yangshuo. It wasn’t easy because we wanted to bike through rice fields, but he managed to get us bikes and had them brought to the start of the cycling zone so we didn’t have to drive. Thank you so much! The only real photos are of the rooms; the common areas and the façade are not like the pictures. When we saw the façade and reception a bit later we left!
I highly recommend IM Waiting Hotel in Yangshuo! The rooms are spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which gave us great peace of mind. The location is super convenient—right next to West Street, so shopping and dining are just steps away, yet it's quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Getting around was a breeze too; the hotel arranged our bamboo rafting and bike tours efficiently, with fair prices and punctual pickups. The staff even gave us useful local tips. Everything was hassle-free! Perfect for travelers who value cleanliness, convenience, and thoughtful service. Excellent value for money!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at IM Waiting Hotel in Yangshuo. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to West Street for shopping and dining, making travelling around extremely convenient. The staff are warm, friendly and attentive. They offered great advice and carefully planned wonderful travel routes for us to explore Yangshuo’s scenery. Rooms are tidy and comfortable. It’s a perfect base to discover the beauty of Yangshuo. We would love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to all travellers

I had a fantastic stay at IM Waiting Hotel in Yangshuo! The location is unbeatable—just a few minutes' walk to bustling West Street, yet tucked away in a peaceful spot . The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained . What really stood out was the incredibly warm and helpful staff, who went above and beyond to arrange a perfect sightseeing itinerary for me . It made exploring the area so easy. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Yangshuo for its great value, comfort, and convenient location. I can't wait to come back!
