The reception staff were friendly, but the bathtub was in a standing position and had a huge crack in its base covered by a bathmat, which scared me that I might sink through. The reception knew about the crack. The room had no windows, making me feel trapped, and the toilet seat kept sliding in all directions.

The employees of the restaurant are good people. The Food is good. The only issue is that their should be more fruits for breakfast. The other stuff for the breakfast is reasonable, their is a good coordination between the reception officers i.e. Mr Anoop and Mrs. Razia. lack of varieties of vegetables and fruits for breakfast and diner . the entrance road Infront of the hotel is not good. There should be a tip box for all clients to facilitate the clients . Their should be an standard uniform and shoes for the employees
