The hosts were kind and available, and the apartment felt authentic as we liked it; the hosts were especially friendly. There was a bit of road noise.

It was close to the sea, just a 15‑minute drive, and the apartment was spacious, with a nice restaurant garden for dinner. Unfortunately, traffic noise lasted all night and the garden café below kept going until 23:30 (earplugs helped), the bedrooms were very warm, there were no window screens so loads of flies got in, and the beds need replacing. The apartment’s age isn’t the issue, but a good bed is essential for us.

The owners were incredibly helpful and flexible with every request we made. The restaurant was right under the apartment, and the terrace was spacious and comfortable. The location is a bit far from the sea, there are no screens on the windows, and the furnishings need updating.
