The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. I would like to extend a special thanks to Ms. Susmita from the housekeeping staff for her wonderful support to my family. It is a great place to stay

Checked out early. Stay was good

Everything else was fine, but the reception staff’s behavior at checkout was problematic. When they checked the minibar, they kept items that had already been eaten and still charged us for them. I paid for everything we didn’t consume, and that felt unfair. The staff were rude and unresponsive.
