“O melhor do hotel é a localização”

The location is the best place to stay in Ouro Preto and it even has its own parking. The room is quite small for the price, but it’s okay. Expect no flexibility from the hotel. I had a 15:00 wedding with my wife and needed a later checkout to prepare in the room; I spoke to the front‑desk staff and they cut it off immediately. I wasn’t even given the option to pay for it. I know the agreement was for me to leave at noon, but if they care about customer experience, they need to remember that whenever I think of the hotel, I’ll remember how my wife and I had to walk around the city without a wedding dress and she had to do her makeup in a public bathroom. At least they kept our luggage and let me park later, but they were very inflexible with my situation.

Wonderful location, very good breakfast. I suggest improving the air conditioning; it’s noisy and doesn’t work well.

I finally met a hotel in Brazil that had all the amenities I’d been looking for. The shower pressure and temperature were perfect, and the staff were very friendly, even giving me a small souvenir at the end. The location was great, and I strongly recommend it if you want to see the Aurora Plate.

“Ouro preto volta no tempo”

I liked the location, the breakfast and the valet parking, but the room was a disappointment. It was on the lower floor, far away, and the noise from the upstairs bathroom flushing was constant; sometimes I could even smell food being cooked, as if it was close to the kitchen. The pillow was uncomfortable and the room wasn’t cleaned. I paid for two nights.
