The room was clean, but the shower head was broken and water sprayed everywhere from the top. With two adults, only two towels, one washcloth, two hand towels, and no bath mat, we had to get new towels after the incident, which was very frustrating. Breakfast was lukewarm and bland.

The location and cost were good, and the beds were soft. However, the check‑in line was long, one staff member handled all check‑ins, the metal box frames for beds were loud, the floor and room smelled of bleach or cleaning solution, a cockroach appeared in the bathroom, guests were loud in the evening, and the window was tiny.

The motel’s location worked well for my short stay in Milwaukee, and the room met my basic needs. Still, there was a lot of exterior noise in the early evening.

Breakfast was included in the price, cable TV offered a decent selection, and the room was clean with good water pressure and temperature. But the hotel was too noisy at almost every hour—whether relaxing, sleeping, or eating breakfast—because there were no enforced quiet hours, and it reeked of chlorine the whole time.
