The bed was comfortable, breakfast was decent, and the residence was secure and gated at night, so we felt safe leaving our car there. However, we had some issues with the exchange rate, which ended up costing us more than we expected. The window didn't close properly, the curtains weren't opaque, so the room was really bright from 5:30 am onwards, and the room was poorly soundproofed.

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city. It made getting around a breeze and I loved being close to all the main attractions. The only thing I'd say is that the area got pretty lively at night, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

The facilities were seriously beautiful, I was blown away by how nice they were. The decor was modern and sleek, and everything felt really high-end. I was a bit worried it might be a bit too fancy for my taste, but it actually worked really well.

The peaceful atmosphere was a real highlight of my stay - it was so nice to be able to relax and unwind in a quiet spot. On the other hand, trying to get a taxi or order one was a real challenge, and I ended up having to ask multiple people for help.

The staff were absolutely lovely, really friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, and it made a big difference to my stay. The only thing that bugged me was that the bed creaked a bit, but it wasn't a huge deal.
