Breakfast had a good variety. The room was always clean and serviced twice a day. The shower had slightly translucent glass, which was a bit odd. The pool loungers and the sun deck were only for Premium rooms, so on sunny days we always had a hard time finding a spot, which I don’t think is acceptable for this price range. Many events and weddings take place at the hotel, which limits the dining space at night and makes it impossible to use some parts of the property during the day. Also, the 400 Euro room deposit felt strange.

“Excellent stay with Ocean View in Madeira”

Everything went smoothly. The room had an A/C issue that couldn’t be permanently fixed, so we were moved to another room and received two spa vouchers. The staff handled it with smiles, understanding, and speed. The tuna and club sandwich were delicious, and orders arrived quickly. The location was excellent, very clean, and very calm. The dinner buffet’s value for money was not great, so we only used it once, and there are plenty of restaurants in the nearby marina.

I really liked the vibe; it feels very private and cozy even though it’s a big hotel, so I’d highly recommend it to friends.
