Petit Bourg is central for exploring Guadeloupe; the bungalow was very clean, well equipped, with good hospitality, a garden and top‑class pool. A walk along the nearby river, a brasserie, and an artisan chocolate shop are close by. The neighborhood had dogs, but no barking at night.

We especially liked how quiet the place was and the pool matched our expectations. The staff answered every question promptly, which was great. The breakfast basket added a sunny touch to start our days, even though the weekend was damp.

The place sits in a great spot within a holiday resort, the pool is huge and the sea access is safe enough for little kids, while loungers and hammocks under the palms complete the picture. The resort is a bit remote, so there’s no through traffic. The apartment fits two adults and two children, and it offered far more conveniences than we expected, including a full beach‑day kit with chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and toys. Cleanliness was impeccable, and breakfast with a sea view was, of course, lovely.

I was really impressed with how clean and comfy the place was - the bed was great and the owner was super friendly. I didn't have any issues at all.
