However, I encountered some issues with hot water in my room, which unfortunately persisted even after being assured it would be resolved. Despite this, the staff's efforts to address the problem were appreciated.

“Lovely stay”

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's staff, who were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the food was of high quality. However, the lack of air conditioning made my stay a bit uncomfortable, especially during the warmer months.
