I basically wanted to stay near the Europoort port, which was true. There was a spacious parking lot. The king‑size bed was comfortable. The breakfast isn't worth the price; the selection was very limited, almost everything was too dry and had a strong reheated feel. No sauces. The terrace was a sand wasteland, cleaning staff blocked the hallways in the morning, the online booking listed 12 pm as the checkout time, but the hotel insisted on 11 am, and during check‑in they rang the bell multiple times and even shouted into the kitchen; eventually several staff members rushed in at once—apparently from a break!

The exterior promised more than the interior delivered; the hotel was fairly well maintained overall.

The shower was spacious, and overall the bathroom was roomy with a nice layout and two sinks, plus plenty of storage. The toilet seat didn’t fit the bowl, and I felt the lighting was still insufficient despite the many lamps.
The room was nice and the staff were friendly. Nothing else.
A decent port‑side network hotel with free parking. From the evening I couldn't tell it was right by the harbor, but by morning the mosquitoes made it clear that standing water was close by. The monotonous traffic noise above the hotel didn't bother me at night even with the window wide open. The only theoretical improvement would be better road markings or navigation cues when approaching the hotel, but that clearly isn't the owners' responsibility.
