The price was unbeatable, the twin bed was cozy, and the shower was decent. On the downside, communication was poor, there was no signage, and the location was a half block from the address on Google Maps, making it hard to find. I had to call, nobody answered at first, but a few minutes later someone picked up and gave me the front‑door code. The walk was unshovelled, the street wasn’t plowed, the place felt shabby, and there was a slight musty smell.
