Excellent location, gorgeous outdoor area with a magical pool surrounded by greenery. Breakfasts were outstanding, homemade treats that were a real treat! The room had a slight damp smell from the old building—some mold on the walls that needs fixing. The staff were friendly but could use more training to better guide guests around town.

The place is amazing and the staff were very kind and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and breakfast is free. The AC worked great. The rooms were small, with bathrooms that weren’t fully enclosed and lacked a direct exhaust vent, which took away from the romance. The lighting was a bit dim, making makeup a little difficult. The room cost was pricey compared to other spots in the area, and I’m not convinced the quality of the rooms justifies the price.

The hotel looks stunning. The common areas are spacious and the first‑floor room offers an incredible patio view. The hotel staff are very friendly and seem always happy. The body cream smells wonderful. The location is unbeatable, as it sits on a main tourist avenue where you can walk to everything on the same street. The café at the hotel’s restaurant is delicious!

The staff were amazing, friendly, and super attentive—that was the icing on the cake. It’s a lovely little boutique hotel with a beautiful, very large garden that served as a perfect oasis after a busy day. The pool was more decorative than functional; we didn’t see anyone swim. Lovely Yucatan tiles line the floors. The street is quieter than the bustling village. The narrow, steep stairs to the second floor might be tough for some, but we were fine.

The breakfast area in the park (great fresh orange juice) and the hotel’s location are nice. Parking is at the back of the park. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom are small, face the street on the first floor, so it’s quite noisy and the décor is Spartan.
