A decent family hotel near Rustravel Avenue. A quiet courtyard right behind the Spar store and bakery. Three or four floors of rooms in various sizes and a small dining room on the first floor. Basically, if you’re not planning any luxuries for one or two days, you can move to Tbilisi. But the rooms and the interior finish of the house are obviously worn out and quite tired. The hotel has been asking for updates and repairs for a long time. :)

We originally booked a different hotel months in advance, only to be told it was closing, so we scrambled to this place, got an instant confirmation and could pick our rooms on arrival. The owners are genuinely warm and always accommodating, helping with the little things. We booked two four‑person rooms for eight guests; our room had a kitchen but was short on dishes, which a sweet grandmother promptly supplied, even giving our child a toy and greeting us cheerfully each time. The spot is super convenient, right in the centre, with a spa next door and a bakery‑tent where we grabbed breakfast before early excursions. The room felt cosy and the whole property has a homely Georgian vibe, like staying at a grandma’s rather than a hotel.

Breakfast was exceptional; the mama does her best to offer a different meal each day. Contact is easy via a translation app. The staff are very kind and eager to help. The bedding is a bit old, at least in my room.
