The location was awesome, right next to the park café, but the staff service in the restaurant area was terrible – that’s why I chose this hotel, yet the service there fell flat.

Overall good. The rooms lack a bit of space and the breakfast should be a buffet.

The location is good, the breakfast was basic, with only one option. It would be better if the full‑meal option were available through the Booking platform.

The scenery and setting were breathtaking, the rooms incredibly comfortable and spotless, the pool wonderful, the music great, the food superb, and the staff both attentive and formal, making everything simply excellent, even though there was nothing at all that could be considered a drawback.
