The food, breakfast buffet, and à‑la‑cart menu were all fantastic, but the hotel needs to replace the terrible towels with new ones.

The staff were helpful, the room was clean, and the location was very convenient and central; the place was safe and secure as always. However, the fridge and TV remote in my room were both broken. When I reported it, they said the fridge would start working, but it never did until I complained again the next day, after which they finally brought me a working fridge and TV remote.

El edificio tiene instalaciones muy buenas. Cuenta con cafetería y restaurante muy bien atendidos. Las habitaciones son muy confortables. Estuvo todo muy bien.

The room’s décor and fittings were nice, and the in‑room refreshments and amenities were a plus. However, the reception staff rarely answered the phone, and when they did, no follow‑up or feedback was offered. The airport pick‑up and drop‑off were late, and the check‑in process dragged. The toilet in the room was partially dirty and mouldy, especially where the water comes from.
