The staff were genuinely friendly and responded quickly to any request, and even a little robot delivered my take‑out right to the room. Unfortunately the smell of smoke lingered in the hallway, the room and even the linens, and the floor would creak whenever I moved. The elevator was tiny, dimly lit and the ventilation left the corridor feeling stale. On top of that the hotel sits far from the main attractions – you’ll need a cab and the closest metro stop is about a 12‑minute walk.

Everything from arrival to departure ran smoothly; the whole team was warm, eager to help and paid attention to the little details that made our stay comfortable. The food stood out – breakfast and the à la carte dishes were tasty, and the nearby food street added even more variety. Our room was spotless, spacious and inviting, with daily housekeeping keeping it pristine. I left feeling like I didn’t want to go anywhere else and will definitely book again.

“Best Mercure”

Even though I didn’t speak the local language, the front desk staff made an effort to understand me and were always ready to help. I can’t think of any downsides – everything worked fine.

The hotel’s location made getting around easy, and the lobby felt bright and spacious, with reception checking us in quickly and courteously. Our room was clean, the bed soft, and the walls kept the noise out so we slept soundly; breakfast offered a solid mix of Western and Asian dishes. All in all the price‑performance ratio was hard to beat, so I’ll be back and would tell friends to give it a try.
