The owners were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming; the property is immaculate and huge. It's a bit outside the city center, but the quiet residential area has no parking issues. Highly recommended. Nothing to complain about.

The best way to describe this B&B is “feels like staying at friends’ house.” The house is well‑maintained, very spacious, and has everything you could need; it's super clean. The area is residential and very quiet, and we always found parking within a few metres. The breakfast is tailored—just ask and Claudio takes care of it. We were very comfortable. The only thing I noticed was that after staying only two days, I was still getting used to it.

We had a great stay—everything was perfect, super clean, great location, and fantastic breakfast. If you want to visit Rome and feel at home, you must go to B&B Vista su Roma. We’ll definitely come back.
