The reception was open 24 hours, with attendants who were very attentive and would help with any arrangements. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with all necessary toiletries. The restaurant terrace was nice, and the location was central. Laundry service was available. Nothing to add.

The hotel was in the market rooms were good, food was fantastic. Little cleaning was required in the washrooms.

I liked the location and the old man in charge who was prompt and courteous, helping us sort out a parking issue and making sure we were not disappointed; he was very customer‑service friendly. However, the sheets and mats were not clean—the bed sheet was badly stained by menstrual bleed and was still given to us, which is unacceptable. Ideally, such used linens should never be reused. Parking can be occupied by party‑hall guests and is tricky at times, even though there is dedicated parking.
