The front desk staff were very friendly and gave good advice for tours; the riad is close to the medina and everything can be done on foot, but the riad’s access is a bit isolated.

Our stay at this riad was absolutely wonderful! The riad itself is stunning, with beautiful traditional architecture and an authentic Moroccan atmosphere. Every corner is full of charm and elegance. What made our stay truly exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They went above and beyond to assist us with every request, gave us great recommendations, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We are sincerely grateful for their hospitality and warmth. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Fes, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

The riad is really beautiful, a full immersion into riad architecture. We had a suite for two adults and two teens. Very quiet, bedding very comfortable. Ideal location for walking around and exploring. The reception and breakfast were a real effort. The two men who handled the booking and breakfast did only the bare minimum, with no communication. We felt like we had to push them to take care of us. The breakfast included was not great, not very high quality, even the orange juice felt industrial.
