The staff were friendly and the location was convenient, though sometimes there was a line for breakfast and the AC was a bit noisy.

The location, close to Times Square, comfortable bedding, and a decent fitness room. The breakfast is very basic and repetitive but acceptable. The price is very high, but since it’s in downtown New York and during the World Cup, it’s understandable.

Room cleaning, comfortable beds, a beautiful bathroom and clean towels. Excellent breakfast. Lime water in the lobby. The protest outside the hotel was aggressive with guests and noisy.
