The location was excellent, the room welcoming, the bathroom cleaned daily, and the bed comfortable.

The property had been recently upgraded, was comfortable and clean, and the spot was convenient for both the city center and the beach. The reception staff, however, fell short. I tried to arrange an early check‑in well in advance—by email, through the platform, and by phone—because I had to attend a ceremony in the early afternoon. After finally getting a response, they told me I’d have to wait another 24 hours for confirmation. On the day of check‑in, at the agreed time, no one showed up. When I pressed the front desk, the staff member simply said it wasn’t her fault, and she took it out at the only person present in the building, who was busy with cleaning and didn’t have the authority to assign rooms, even though she had tried to help. A more serious approach to management and a gentler way of communicating would be appreciated.
