The structure was very welcoming and clean, and the staff were incredibly kind. They provided clothes and slippers for city tours, and you could use the private onsens at the property. With the reservation you also get access to the public baths. Room‑service dinner was fantastic with multiple courses, and the next‑day breakfast was equally good.

Everything was taken care of and the proximity to Goshinoyu was very nice. The meals were fantastic, and the service was comprehensive but not overbearing. A few small dusty spots in the room didn’t affect the quality of our stay.

The location was excellent and perfect for exploring the hot springs. The staff were pleasant, and the person in charge had been in Japan for a year and a half and spoke Japanese well, which was reassuring. We had dinner and breakfast in the room for the first time in a while. The sink was too small and hard to use, the toilet made too much noise, and a sound‑proof door might help; older guests would appreciate a larger chair.

The room service and reception staff were friendly, the accommodation was comfortable, dinner was plentiful, breakfast was delicious, and the free private bath was relaxing. There were also beautiful yukatas to choose from, and walking through the night streets of Kinosaki Onsen was fantastic.
