The staff were available and the place was clean, but the room had a few flaws.

The bedsheets were filthy with hair, the tablecloths were stained and unusable, and the space under the bed was dusty and even had a slipper! The hairdryer in the bathroom couldn’t be hung because the holder was missing. All in all, the room was definitely not acceptable, and our night was far from pleasant. I understand that minor issues can happen, but finding hair on the bedsheets is absolutely unacceptable. It feels like the sheets hadn’t been changed at all. The area under the bed should be cleaned regularly, especially since I’m allergic to dust, as are many others. Honestly, discovering such a level of dirt is simply disgusting and certainly not what one would expect from a properly maintained room. I think this situation needs to be addressed with the housekeeping staff to ensure proper cleaning standards and that future guests don’t have to experience the same.

The owner was very arrogant and the rooms were in terrible condition, and the bathroom was a disaster.
