“I will think twice to stay here. Maybe can do something about the staff service”
Overall, most things were fine, but the staff were rude and unhelpful. At the check‑in counter I asked about Wi‑Fi charges and they were not helpful at all. Even though this is the most expensive hotel, they still charge for Wi‑Fi—something that even a 3‑star hotel normally offers for free, especially for overseas travelers who need it. When I asked, they said it was free for members. I claimed to be a member but couldn't recall my number, so they said they'd just remove the charge, but the staff member spoke with an attitude. I was stunned by the response. They eventually removed the fee, but the hotel could have handled it better—no Wi‑Fi charges should have been required in the first place. Additionally, the restaurant service was extremely slow for a simple order. I was alone at breakfast, and my order of granola and coffee took an hour instead of the expected half an hour. If I had ordered a larger meal, I could understand a delay, but for a single, simple order while I was alone, they should have served me faster—they clearly didn't consider that.
