The stay was amazing. First, the staff were very cordial and well trained. Breakfast was spectacular and perfect. The rooms were great and the location privileged. One thing that could be improved is the 10 % charge at check‑out, even though it’s optional; I didn’t see it in the booking policy and it felt awkward to pay after an incredible stay. The staff deserve credit, but a heads‑up before booking, like the parking model, would help.

Marina, the manager, is very attentive and caring—so much so that we’ve returned several times because of the excellent management and the reception from all the staff.

The place is new and clean. I was charged a service fee that was explained as optional, but when I said I didn’t want to pay, they still took it from me, which felt unfair.
