The place was clean, and the staff aboard were very helpful and supportive.

Nothing was good; it was a disaster with no management or respect. I booked in advance and, upon arrival, was told that my reservation for two rooms was no longer available and that no rooms were left for us. The person on duty asked me to go to another hotel below to check availability, and we were exhausted from the flight and late at night. Thanks God I made my booking without paying; I prefer to pay at the property. It was really disappointing for all of us and such a shame on the manager. Bottom line: my worst experience ever.
