The pool was nice and the house is beautiful with spacious rooms. The air‑conditioning didn’t really work, even though it wasn’t super hot, and you can’t get in touch with the owner; they’re not visible while they live upstairs.

The atmosphere, equipment and location are very good. It’s super easy to reach. The environment is very calm and friendly. The pool is lovely. Breakfast is excellent.

The holiday at B&B LaRosa was simply fantastic. We arrived as six people with two kids and booked two rooms. Elisa, our host, was very accommodating and gave us many tips for outings. Breakfast was perfect for Italian standards, with fresh rolls and croissants every day. The large pool, especially with the ongoing warmth, contributed greatly to our well‑being, and the kids were well taken care of. The location is great; you’re within a max. 15 minutes (on foot) of the beach, can find nearby sights, and still enjoy peace and can retreat to the pool if you wish. We were lucky to meet the whole family of Elisa and were treated very hospitable. We’ll definitely come back! The only issue was that we, four of us with two kids, shared one room and there was only a medium‑sized wardrobe, so we had a bit of space trouble with our stuff. That’s probably subjective, but the relaxation factor over the two weeks definitely outweighed it.

We appreciated all the spaces, the cleanliness, the quiet and convenient location as a base to visit the lake and its beauties, but above all, the kindness and discreet yet attentive presence of Elisa, the owner. The pool is gorgeous! Nothing disappointed us.
