De vriendelijkheid vd medewerkers daar! Van bediening tot de medewerkers bij het zwembad. Het zwembad is zalig! De lunch en het diner: echt zeer goed! We vonden dat wel een heel erg pluspunt. Het liep wat ons betreft niet helemaal goed/soepel bij t ontbijt: geen groot probleem maar ze zouden er mee aan de slag. We vonden t heel goed dat ze persoonlijk om feedback kwamen vragen

-le sens du service et la gentillesse du personnel -les piscines -la chambre -le spa -le restaurant -la vue sur la piscine -la possibilité de faire des activités (ping-pong, padel, fitness, piscine). - Le baby foot et le billard étaient cassés - La table de ping pong mal placée - Le terrain de tennis mal entretenu

Lovely small hotel Excellent customer service with very friendly staff willing to go above and beyond to provide a great experience. A bit further out from the Medina, but only 20 minutes drive so not bad
