The place sits close to the facility and the sea is visible. The caravan itself reeked of moldy potato, hair was scattered across tables and the floor, and it seemed utterly unclean—beds were made and left, crumbs littered the counter, coffee stains ran up the kettle, sauces were spilled onto the door and cabinet, and food left in the microwave still smelled. We spent two hours scrubbing the van upon arrival and are now seeking compensation. They apologized, then a man showed up an hour before we were set to leave to service the caravan without any heads‑up, and he also pointed out that the smoke alarms were battery‑less.

The carpets were filthy, the doormat was dirty, the bedding had an unpleasant odor, old food packaging was left on the terrace, and the furniture on the terrace was broken and unusable.

The caravan was really lovely with a great sea view, and the host was helpful and kind.

We walked into the caravan and it smelled fusty, found pubic hair in the toilet, overall it was not clean, and all the outdoor furniture was broken.
