Owner pulled the reservation right when I got there—late in the evening. Not cool at all, especially after paying and planning my trip. I was left scrambling for another place on short notice.

“Host is never available, Check-in process was a hazzle”

Great spot, but the whole trip was a nightmare. The host was hard to reach and didn’t explain the check‑in at all – we only got in after 8 p.m. even though the reservation said earlier. No one answered our calls, and we never knew a passport was needed, so we were scrambling on arrival. The bathroom was a mess – water wouldn’t drain – and the toiletries were barely enough for a long stay. The host’s attitude made us feel uneasy, so I’d steer clear and hope the platform looks into this.

Great spot in the city, spotlessly clean and super comfy. The room had all the good stuff – big TV, comfy bed, and a nice little balcony. Staff were friendly, and the Wi‑Fi was fast. The only downside? The noise from the street at night can be a bit annoying.
