Our 2‑night stay at Treebo Reveniir Resort in Lonavala was awful. We booked a premium room for two people and there was no Wi‑Fi even after repeated complaints. In the morning there was no water in the bathroom; the staff shrugged and said the water tank was empty, which is unacceptable when the hotel is fully booked. They never informed us that the supply was interrupted. When water finally came, it was brown and cloudy. The bathroom fixtures were rusty and loose, and the overhead shower, handheld shower, and tap all turned on at once. Even after the supply was restored, the pressure in the shower and tap was weak. The towels were stained, and one even had dried chewing gum on it. The only positives were the food, which was decent, and the view. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The management’s attitude toward complaints is very casual. I would give it 1/10.

The room is large and clean, and the pool is clean. The food prices are outrageous and the quality is terrible: a single omelet costs 170 per plate, soda 60 per 750 ml bottle, ice cube 150 per can, boiled egg 150 per plate, juice 450. Breakfast offers limited choices and there aren’t enough staff for the large number of guests.

The room was spacious and the location was good, but the TV was broken, the staff didn’t react to any problems, and mosquitoes were a nuisance.
