I found the curtains not dark enough, which made it hard to sleep.

The breakfast was great, the rooms with balconies were nice and the staff were very friendly. The pool area was fine 👍. On the downside, the town didn't have many shopping centers and you can't smoke on the balcony even though you're sitting outside.

The hotel felt authentic and the staff were friendly. The only issue was that after we brought our luggage up, we discovered the lift was broken.

Das schöne Tjermalbad. Das kleine Zimmer an der Südswitw war nicht klimatisiert und mit einer Temperatur von 40° C so überhitzt, , dass die Nacht auf dem Balkon verbracht werden mußte. Auch 2 Ventilatoren halfen nichts. Es blieb zns keine Wahl, aks nach der 1.Naxht abzureisen. Eine Erstattung der bereits bezahlten Kosten für die weiteren 5 Tage erfolte nicht mit der Begründung, dass die Reservierung über Booking com erfolgte, was eine Erstattzng ausschließe
