I spent one night in an AC room that was clean, yet it lacked basic items like soap and towels, and there was no TV, Wi‑Fi, or fridge. The front desk was never there to answer questions, even though the check‑in staff claimed the room already had soap and towels. Construction nearby made some noise at night, and when the power went out there was no inverter system to keep the lights on.
