This place was awesome!! The host was so lovely and had a big chat to us about the surrounding area and animals, super friendly and welcomed us with tea. Room was very clean, bed was really comfortable. Garden was amazing 12/10
The place. The hospitality… everything. When we arrived they took us to watch the sunset by the lake, where we saw crocodiles, pelicans… They arranged a safari for us and if I ever go to Sri Lanka again I’ll go back to the same place.

The room was absolutely fine. The communication with the host was terrible. He organized the worst safari we’ve ever taken. The guides missed so many animals that we had to keep asking them to stop so we could see them. We cancelled the safari after 3 hours and got no refund. Breakfast was very sparse. Unfortunately, we can’t say much good about it. We’ve been to Yala National Park before and had a completely different experience. Too bad!
The host is just perfect… kind, generous… his main goal is to make us happy. I recommend booking your safari with him! He took us on a lake tour as a thank you, and we got a free night safari. Thanks for everything.
