I didn't realize this was a pay‑per‑hour hotel, so it didn't suit me at all; the area was practically booked out because of so many events.

The room was spacious and had a fridge, but there was nothing for public transport users; the motel sits on a busy highway between two S‑bahn stations, and Google Maps doesn't show a safe pedestrian route. You can't get off at Kehrsatz—drop off at Steinbach station instead and walk about 15 minutes along the highway back; there is a sidewalk there, yet you still have to cover the last roughly 150 m on the bike lane on the road to the motel entrance.
