The place in Ninh Bình was fantastic: the building looked great, the rooms were modern and spotless, and the staff were enthusiastic and caring. The cleaning lady was cheerful and left the rooms pristine. Overall, a wonderful holiday and I’m very satisfied with the hotel.

The spot is great and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the rooms aren't soundproof – I could hear almost every word the guests next door were saying, making it very noisy.

The location of this place was stunning, right in the heart of the city. And the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The only downside was the quality of the toiletries - the shampoo and toothpaste could have been better.
