The location was great, close to the shopping center, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were welcoming. The parking, however, was tight and crowded.

“Hotel não está preparado para lotação”

The room was good and the staff were attentive. The hotel was overwhelmingly full and seemed unprepared for the number of guests, especially the restaurant. On one day I barely managed to have breakfast because I waited over 10 minutes for dishes and cutlery; I even had to tear the bread by hand because there were no knives and I couldn't wait any longer. The next day it was the same situation, but I had more time, so I could wait, yet I had to sit at a dirty table because no clean tables were available. The staff took too long to clean the tables, the restaurant capacity was too small, and the staff in the dining room should have cleared dishes more quickly to avoid shortages of plates and cutlery at the buffet, which I found absurd. Requests to staff took more than 10 minutes to be fulfilled. Overall, the breakfast experience was terrible, and there was also noise in the hotel lounge at 10 pm. Aside from that, the facilities were good, the reception staff were friendly, and room service was also satisfactory.

“Foi uma estadia mediana.”

I liked the staff. It doesn’t make sense for a hotel of this size to not provide a blanket or sheet for each room; that’s the minimum for the price charged. A suggestion would be to sell a personal hygiene kit.

The location was great, the room was quiet, the breakfast was good and varied, and the cleaning was solid. The downside was the weak shower.
