One of my favourite hotels – everything is perfect: the breakfast is delicious with a wide selection, the sauna area is great, the staff is friendly, the activities are good, and the location is ideal. I can only recommend this family‑friendly, authentic and warm hotel.

We stayed in the “historical” part of the hotel, so we weren’t in the modern rooms that are supposed to be amazing. The hotel is cute, well maintained, and the rooms are simple and clean. They installed ergonomic mattresses that helped us sleep well. Breakfast was a treat with various homemade breads, an incredible apple‑rhubarb jam, and an excellent Birscher Müesli. We loved the balcony of our room with a view of the mountains and the surrounding serenity. We were also very warmly welcomed and left with a thoughtful little gift. Go for it to learn more!

Everything was great, but a kettle in the room for making tea or coffee would be perfect.
