The third time I booked this hotel, I was drawn by its quiet neighborhood a bit away from city noise and its proximity to Deptford station, bus stops, and supermarkets—no complaints there. What really bothered me, and I keep pointing it out on every visit, is the housekeeping service: they don’t come daily, the beds aren’t made, toilet paper isn’t restocked, trash isn’t taken out, and no basic supplies are replaced. For me, room cleanliness and upkeep are part of the expected hotel service, and the value for money feels completely unsatisfactory. I understand paying £600 for five nights if the amenities and comfort match the price, but I’m left paying a high sum for just a bed without the level of service and cleanliness I’d expect at that rate. Even the early check‑in is priced too high. The location is perfect, which is why I keep returning, but I sincerely hope my comments are considered to raise service quality. Without proper maintenance and comfort, I think the rates should be lowered. I hope this feedback helps future guests.

The hotel offers a decent price, but don’t expect high quality because the rooms have no windows, meaning you’ll stay in a windowless space. This lack of a window makes the room feel like a box, which is quite uncomfortable. I’m not sure if this is mentioned on the hotel’s website, but it’s an issue.
