The room was exceptional and the location was great, nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was excellent! The bed was large and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helped with everything. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the chance to pick a hotel with better conditions because we booked in a rush. We needed an early check‑in, so we had to pay extra for an upgraded room, but we weren’t warned that the room would have no view of the Burj Khalifa; after a night flight we just wanted to sleep more, so that wasn’t a big deal. The room itself turned out to be quite uncomfortable in my opinion, very dark. The bathroom was especially dim due to insufficient lighting and dark finishes. There was no mirror to see yourself in full length. The sinks in the bathroom were all rounded in a futuristic style and everything just fell into them. We didn’t get a chance to see the pool and spa, unfortunately.
