The only thing worth mentioning was the location, close to the beach, city hall, and shopping mall. The only other point was the terrible service from one of the owners; I don't know why he insists on dealing with guests. His behavior was totally inappropriate, claiming it was his way, and he was missing the etiquette, simple phrases like good morning, good afternoon, good evening, "so what can I help you with?" He greeted me with a closed face, saying "hi, what do you want," with his phone in hand, watching videos, showing total disregard, extremely rude and ill-mannered, which is unacceptable for someone of his age who should set an example. The owner’s wife, a lady, was the exact opposite (polite, gentle, helpful, calm, truly prepared to serve guests). The only good things about this place were the location and the courtesy of the lady and a staff member, but because of the owner I will never return or recommend it to anyone, as courtesy comes first.

The hotel is just a two‑minute walk from São Vicente beach. I was surprised at how inexpensive it was and how close it was to the beach. It was great to be there. The breakfast was tasty for the price paid. In addition, it’s next to a shopping mall, market, and wine shop… 24‑hour reception. The cleaning left something to be desired; the bed linens and bathroom looked odd.
