The room was roomy and the front desk team was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the checkout time is later than most hotels, which I liked. The building feels a bit old and the location isn’t the most convenient, so you’ll have to grab things nearby.

The family suite’s interior was very clean and cool, just how we liked it, yet the stay was extremely unpleasant. A strong sewage odor hit us as soon as we walked from the carpark to the lobby, giving a bad first impression that didn’t disappear. The smell persisted in the room, especially around our area, and even perfume couldn’t mask it. It kept me awake and woke my husband. On Level 3, our room faced the carpark and was directly above a Thai provision shop and restaurant on the ground floor, so the noise was unbearable. We heard loud talking, shouting, sounds like people fighting, and bottles breaking, which was very disruptive. The combination of the sewage stench and the commotion made it nearly impossible to sleep. These were not minor inconveniences—they struck at the core expectation of a clean, comfortable, and peaceful stay. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but that.
