The bed was great, but the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been; it was okay, just needed a better cleaning.

The location was spot on for our softball tournament, just a 5‑minute walk to the field, but the room smelled of smoke, the floor wasn’t swept, and the bedding had stains that made it feel icky.

The room was dirty and the lobby windows were filthy, so the rooms clearly need a full remodel. It was very disappointing to pay over $100 for a dirty room. Cleanliness and breakfast value were lacking.
