When my flight was delayed by 1h and 30m, I had to catch a bus from Milan to Verona and arrived in Verona at 2:25. I never imagined someone from the hotel would offer to help, but Junior, the hotel manager, kindly met me at the stop at 2:45am and brought me to the hotel. It’s a very dedicated family business, they’re charming, extremely friendly and attentive to everything. :) Thanks a lot for everything!

Care, comfort of the bed, cleanliness of the room and bathroom included. Also great professionalism and humanity from the owner. Nothing else. Maybe the breakfast service could be more convenient.

The location is close to restaurants and attractions, and the train station is within walking distance. The room was small, yet clean and well maintained. Junior and his dad Miguel were very friendly and helpful. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker or kettle.

The location was superb—just a 5‑minute walk to the station and a safe stroll to the arena area. The host greeted us on arrival and was extremely helpful. Communication stayed good throughout. The property was clean and well equipped. Nothing to add.
